I mean here I've been doing everything possible to not get any new cavities and instead my old filling wear out and I still have to go thru that process of getting....I cannot even say it.....drilled! And you should consider yourself very blessed to be getting your first cavity NOW. I can say that because I have had many, over the course of my life. I inherited my mom's side of the family genetic traits - Perfect vision and VERY bad teeth.
